It highlights potential damage on each image and estimates affected areas, so inspectors can focus their attention, confirm the findings, and add their own professional judgement before the report is finalised.

Yes. You can tailor report templates to match your branding and workflow, including logos, colours, page layouts, disclaimers and standard recommendation text. You can also set up different templates for different insurers or builder clients so each report lands in the exact format they expect.

Yes. Aris Detect includes an automated PDF report generator. Once an inspection is completed, the platform compiles your notes, measurements, photos, AI findings (for RoofIQ and RoofIQ+ reports) and recommendations into a polished report that is ready to download or share.

6. How does the Photo Analysis feature work?

Photo Analysis uses our AI engine to automatically scan your drone, phone, or camera images for the most common roof damage you see on inspections, such as cracked tiles, hail strikes, missing shingles and sheet damage. Detected issues are tagged directly on the image and sent through to your RoofIQ or RoofIQ+ report.

You can also label custom or less common damage types yourself. These labels are fed back into the AI model, so over time it learns to recognise those new damage patterns on future jobs, subject to having a sufficient number of clear, good-quality images in the dataset.

7. What images can I upload to Aris Detect?

You can upload almost any standard image taken during an inspection, including photos from drones, smartphones, tablets and traditional cameras. High-resolution JPG and PNG files work best, and you are free to mix close-ups, overviews and oblique angles so your reports tell the full story of the roof.

8. How can I access my reports?

Completed reports are stored in your Aris Detect account as PDFs. You can download them, print them, or share them directly with insurers, builders or team members via email or secure link, all from within the platform.

9. Does Aris Detect integrate with other software?
